Garda Group is a Luxembourg Holding Company established in April 2026 following the reorganization process carried out by Lecta.

The Group's main assets include the Cartiere del Garda paper mill (Riva del Garda, Italy) and the adjacent Alto Garda Power Plant. In addition, it operates a distribution network across key Southern European markets through its Polyedra distribution companies in Italy, Spain, France, and Portugal, as well as maintaining a commercial presence in the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, Benelux, Morocco, and various Central and Eastern European countries.
